ORCHIDS ORDERING/SHIPPING INSTRUCTION

1. Orchids will be ship in carton boxes with dimension 100 x 49 x 20 Centimeters. Prices are all F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand
2. All shipment will be Airfreightor Parcel Post or a shipping method specified by the customer.
3. To be sure of safety and prompt arrival, The following are required :
   a)Customers Clearly Written Address.
   b)Customer Phone or Fax Number.
   c)Destination Airport.
   d)Import Permit, If Required by the Country. (see country list below)
   
4. Each shipment will be accompanied by Phytosanitary Certificate issued by The Department of Agriculture of Thailand, and Three ( 3 ) copies of invoices. A cites certificate if required.
5. The orchids will be packed in an insulated carton for protection of the cold weather. If any special packaging is required, Please inform us prior to shipping.
6. We guarantee the orchids safety arrival. In case of damage, Please notify us as soon as possible. The guarantee is apply to airfreight shipment only.
   Note: At the airport, If the orchids are claim by broker, the broker is responsible to persue to claim for losses if occurred.
